UPDATE: dots.tv is now THE LOOK!

dots.TV has changed to thelooktv.com, and has a swanky new website! Back in October, Jamee Natella was named as the Head of Production. For those of you who don’t know, THE LOOK is the exciting new network from the founder and creator of E! Entertainment Television, Alan Mruvka.

UPDATE: The Lexus LFA/Commercial Shoot

The sleek and sexy Lexus LF-A, which hits 60MPH in 3.7 seconds, has finally been released and now we can let you in on the commercial footage!

Our very own Jamee Natella & Georgina Pope produced the commercial, along with Simon Needham as the director, and Daniel Ardilley as the director of photography. Additional project information can be found here.

KISS KISS BANG! BANG!

The Blueyed team is back in action as they prepare for a new music video!

Blueyed director Evin Grant will be directing a music video for up-and-coming singer Joey Guglielmo‘s hot new single (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang).

The song was inspired from Joey’s own personal experience with unrequited love, one he feels everyone can relate to.

“The song is about having your power and dignity taken away because you’ve fallen head over heels for a girl. If she knows your weak spot, you’re done for!” We couldn’t agree more with the lad!

For the music video, Evin envisions the classic rock and roll atmosphere, but with an edgier and grittier feel to it. Big hair, loud lights? Check!

Blueyed Pictures Jamee Natella will also be running the show as producer alongside Kelly Hirano.

OPPOSITE DAY @ AFM

Producers Jamee Natella and Steven Paul will be screening their first feature length film, Opposite Day, during the American Film Market – an eight day film festival held in Santa Monica, California.

AFM is not your typical film fest, this place is where the big guys roll. As one of the top five film festivals in the world, AFM serves as a marketplace for some of the biggest and hottest production and distribution deals. Keeping our fingers crossed, Opposite Day is looking forward to a bright future in the silver screen!

SYNOPSIS

If you thought Friday was freaky you haven’t seen anything yet…

Opposite Day is a hilarious family comedy, which shows us what it would be like if kids were the adults and adults were kids. Nine year old Sammy and his eight year old sister Carla go on vacation with their grandparents when they’re overworked parents are unable to take them. On the first night of their trip Sammy makes a childlike wish “I wish kids ruled the world.” Little did he know that his wish was about to come true…

Sammy and Carla are played by the adorable and talented Billy Unger and Ariel Winter. Both of these young actors are well on their way to having a successful career in the movie industry. (Ariel can currently be seen starring on the new ABC television series Modern Family) So keep a look out for them! The rest of the cast is rounded out by an amazing ensemble of actors which includes Pauly Shore, Colleen Crabtree, French Stewart, Dick Van Patten, and Renee Taylor.

Opposite Day is a kid friendly family flick that will give both kids and parents what they want. Some good laughs, with a really positive message about the challenges of parenting.

BIG NEWS!

Blueyed Pictures Los Angeles will be the service provider for The New Online Network dotsTV!

Jamee Natella was also named “Head of Production” and will oversee all Creative and Filming.

For those of you who haven’t heard, dotsTV! is the latest and greatest Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle, and Fitness Network set to launch in November!

dotsTV! will keep you “in the know” about the hottest trends, latest red carpet events, juiciest celebrity gossip, and swankiest Hollywood hangouts!

Initially set to launch online at dotscelebritytv.com, this new network will also expand into an international entertainment network that will encompass many different kinds of media. That means you will have access to dotsTV! anytime and anywhere.

dotsTV! is the brainchild of Alan Mruvka who was also the Founder and Creator of E Entertainment and FX Television. Alan believes that television will have a new medium in the next few years, “You are already starting to view websites and HD technology through your television..” (Apple is already ahead of the game with Apple TV!)

SNEAK PEAK: The Lexus LFA/Commercial Shoot

Sweet Ride Huh? You’re gazing at The Lexus LF-A, Toyota’s brand new high-powered supercar that is set to debut at the Tokyo Motor Show in October. It was designed to compete with other top of the line luxury vehicles and leave them in the dust. Many of the specifics about the LF-A are still under wraps and will probably remain that way until its’ big reveal at the end of October. Oh Toyota, you’re such a tease!

On the bright side our Blueyed Pictures gal Jamee Natella along with Georgina Pope produced the new commercial for this sleek and sexy automobile. This spot boasts Simon Needham as the director with Daniel Ardilley as the director of photography. We can’t show you the commercial yet… But check out some “Behind the Scenes” production shots:

Is it just me, or does the morning Japanese production meeting look incredibly zen with the white room and circular arrangement of people?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a better looking craft catering table. Delicious sushi. Yum!

Now some of you might not know about this nifty gadget. It’s called a Russian Arm. (http://www.filmotechnic-canada.ca/russian-arm.html) Basically it’s a high speed mobile crane arm used for photographing moving vehicles from just about any & every angle you want in all weather conditions! It also comes with its own car and operating team that controls the camera from inside the car with a joystick. How much cooler could it get?!

Jamee cheezin it up with a breathtaking view of Mt.Fuji in the background, which the racetrack is named after. But I bet you guys were smart enough to figure that out on your own!
